At Taj Malabar we get asked if we are a "North Indian restaurant" or "South Indian restaurant", we serve both authentic North Indian and South Indian food under one roof, along with Indochinese cuisine to give our customers a wide variety of food to choose from.
In our menu, you will find all North Indian cuisine under Taj and South Indian cuisine under Malabar. We also have authentic Kerala food in our menu, our lunch menu consists of Dosa, rice cake (puttu), string hoopers (idiyappam or noolappam).
